It's always a little awkward when you're in Target and your 3 year old yells "Mom it's your dance it out song!". Well, he was right. We have certain songs we put on and we boogie all over the house 'til the song's over.
It feels great (if your blinds are shut) and it's a fun and different way to connect.
So my challenge for you this week is to find a good 'Dance it Out' song and throw it on and dance your face off! If this sounds worse than going to the dentist for you -- then you can put on a slow hit and connect with your cutie.
